Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I assist clients in navigating difficulties and fostering personal growth. With more than 12 years of expertise, I focus on addressing anxiety disorders, self-identity exploration, communication barriers, and relationship improvement.
